healthy spans both ends of the spectrum, onie.
physical health being a necessity for life; mental health being a necessity for happiness. too many people obsess over "too" skinny, fat, short, tall, et cetera.
her message is sound, i appreciate what she has to say - she is *healthy*, see... ;)
