At one point earlier today, Weather Underground said the temperature for my area was 97.3 degrees with 100 percent humidity. The dewpoint was in the 90s and the heat index was 187 degrees.
While I think the last couple stats might be incorrect, it was hot as Hell today.
I hate the heat.

I hate the heat too, but I hate the cold more...ugh.
It was 93 here yesterday...97-101 the two days before that. The humidity was so high that everything instantly "got damp" as soon as it left air conditioning. The weather-people keep saying that today is a "cool front pushing through" and we should only see the mid 80's. (From the looks of things, it's heading your way...if the maps are correct.) The "Scouts" are utilizing both the lake and the pool. My husband has actually worn-out his first squirtgun this season and I have been drafted to aquire a "better one - one that will hold ice cubes in the reserve tank". (I'm just thankful that he has someone else to pick on...:))
It's been getting up to 105 here - but humidity is never high in the desert - not even near the mountains. I can't stand humidity...that wet blanket feel, so mt heart goes out to you. Stay cool.
